We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with the staff being friendly and welcoming. the small apartments spread across different buildings were cozy, and the beautiful gardens added to the charm. the swimming pool was a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.
The language barrier with some of the staff members who don't speak English might be a challenge for non-Italian speakers.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the gardens were beautiful. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off during the hot summer days. there were plenty of activities organized by the staff, which made the stay enjoyable.
The language barrier as most of the staff didn't speak English. It would have been helpful if they had more English-speaking staff members.

We recently had a lovely romantic escape at a cozy family hotel with beautiful gardens and a nice swimming pool. the staff was friendly and organized many activities. We especially enjoyed the big sports area and the fact that the hotel was located in a key area close to many attractions and restaurants.
It is important to note that some of the staff did not speak English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. we were surprised to find out that during the summertime swimming in the pool was not allowed from 13.00 to 15.30 because it was the lifeguard's lunch break.
